We have a culture of giving and service that impacts the community of care beyond the bedside. We do this by:
Our facilities are making a positive impact on the health and well-being of their communities through varied volunteer efforts, event sponsorships and financial contributions to local organizations.
We recognize the crucial role a thriving healthcare system plays in supporting the economic health and development of a community. We are committed to making a meaningful and substantive impact in the places we call home. Our annual community benefit report shows the broad scope of the contributions we make nationwide.
We recognize and uphold our responsibility as a community leader in Middle Tennessee where our Health Support Center is located (Brentwood), as well as in Louisville, Kentucky, where we have a satellite office. The Lifepoint Health Community Foundation guides our charitable giving and economic development efforts, reviews requests for local financial or in-kind support and continuously evaluates the effectiveness of our social responsibility efforts in supporting our mission. Our local community support includes strategic community impact partnerships with Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee and Special Olympics Tennessee.
We are committed to taking care of our Lifepoint family so we can better care for others. The was established in 2010 as a safety net for employees experiencing serious financial hardship from unforeseen or unpreventable circumstances.
